In Canada’s only programme to integrate architecture, building science and project management, you’ll be challenged and empowered to creatively transform the world and positively impact communities. Your first year at Bachelor of Architectural Science (Honours) BArchSc from Toronto Metropolitan University will impart critical thinking and design skills and help broaden your horizons with courses such as Sustainable Practices and The Built Context. In later years, you can choose one of the optional concentrations.

Led by renowned faculty, you’ll hone your skills through experimentation and immersive design studios, using a range of digital and practical making and modelling techniques. You’ll also have opportunities to collaborate on real-world projects and participate in design-build initiatives, international exchanges and optional paid co-op placements with top-tier designers.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with a minimum of six Grade 12 U or M courses including the following program specific requirements. Typically, a minimum overall average of 70% establishes eligibility for admission consideration; subject to competition individual programs may require higher prerequisite grades and/or higher overall averages:

English/anglais (ENG4U/EAE4U preferred)
Physics (SPH4U)
Mathematics [one of Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U) or Advanced Functions (MHF4U)]
