In the Mechatronic Engineering programme from University of Wollongong is aimed at producing more functional, adaptable and intelligent systems.

Mechatronics is widely used in various industries, including automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, medical, and consumer electronics, to create more efficient, versatile, and reliable systems. In your third and fourth year of the major you will branch into more specialised areas including: control theory, microcontroller architecture and applications, electronics, mechanical engineering design, foundation in electrical energy utilisation, robotics and flexible automation.

This major also includes 12-weeks hands-on industry experience, either in Australia or overseas, as well as a range of industry projects and other career-ready learning opportunities.
