Overview

During this  Sport Exercise and Nutrition (Hons) course delivered at the University of Huddersfield , you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of how nutrition relates to exercise and health, as well as sport performance. You’ll study modules relating to anatomy and physiology, digestion and metabolism, nutrition assessment methods and nutrition of exercise and health.
