Overview
The programme
To graduate the International and Comparative Politics program students at American University of Central Asia must complete General Education requirements (80 credits), ICP major requirements (90), internship (6 credits) and 64 credits of elective courses. (64 elective credits required in total: maximum of 18 credits and minimum of 6 credits should be taken within the major, the remaining credits should be taken outside the major.)
After completing 240 credits overall, the students will take final examinations that include the defense of a senior thesis, a written exam on International and Comparative Politics, a History of Kyrgyzstan exam, and an English language test.
