Previous students have produced projects in the fields of using LEGO in the recovery process of stroke victims, designing a force feedback system for use in direct human to machine interfacing and obstacle detection using vision for mobile robots.

As a graduate from Mechatronic Engineering (Honours) program from the University of Southern Queensland you will be exposed to career opportunities as a professional Mechatronics Engineer, Robotics Specialist, Control Engineer, Automation Engineer or Cross Disciplinary Engineer in the mining, Government, agriculture, health, automotive and aeronautical fields.
