General Requirements

We will consider BTEC Extended Diploma, but only if it has National Curriculum content in it. We can also consider the following CACHE diplomas:

  • Level 3 diploma in Childcare and Education
  • Level 3 extended diploma for Children's care learning and development
  • Level 3 extended diploma for Children and Young People's workforce
GCSE requirements
  • You must have GCSE grade C / grade 4 or above in English, Maths and Science or be retaking them this year. 
Interviews, entrance tests, portfolios and auditions
  • Entry requires an interview and the passing of the Department for Education Professional Skills tests.
