The Business and Human Resource Management (Hons) at Coventry University has been designed to help you develop your expertise, gain valuable experience and access a wider professional network throughout.

As an approved CIPD centre, we have excellent links with a huge range of employers in industries as diverse as Thomas International and Network Rail.

You have the option of applying for a work placement or a study year abroad between the second and final years of study. Alternatively, we will support you in finding shorter work placements or an internship during the summer holidays, within either a UK or international organisation. All offer rewarding work experience during which you can apply your relevant HR skills in a professional environment. This may become the basis of your final year dissertation.
