Programme Structure
Courses include
- In the first year of your degree, Understanding Cities and People, you'll explore urban environments, spatial planning, and social experiences that shape cities . Study sustainable development and eco-responsive design, gaining hands-on skills in city analysis and communication through projects.
- In your second year you will focus on inclusive urban regeneration, community engagement, and participatory design. You'll learn to integrate sustainability into masterplanning and urban development, tackling real-world challenges in regeneration.
- In your final year, you’ll plan spatial futures for cities, applying research, critical analysis and professional skills. Examine contemporary issues in sustainable planning and develop the ethical conduct needed in the field.
