Overview
The Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration prepares students to understand and run organizations responsibly — from how money moves, to how decisions get made, to how people perform under pressure. Instead of lectures and exams, the program uses Tomorrow University's challenge-based learning model — students work continuously on real management scenarios, connecting financial literacy, people management, and organizational change into one practical skillset.
The curriculum covers the entrepreneurial mindset, financial literacy and business performance management, developing and leading teams through negotiation and conflict, and navigating organizational change and complexity with genuine accountability. As with all Tomorrow University Bachelor's programs, students personalize their studies by choosing elective "Impact Certificates" from a catalogue spanning entrepreneurship, technology, sustainability, and leadership — for example modules on finance and accounting, digital transformation, growth strategy, or change leadership.
Graduates typically follow one of three paths: taking on management roles where financial understanding and people skills come together, coordinating organizational change and transformation initiatives, or advising and consulting across sectors using their finance and management skills. Typical roles include change and transformation positions, finance and operations roles, and people and management roles, generally in the 30,000–50,000 EUR/year range.
The program is part of Tomorrow University's Impact Bachelor of Arts family (alongside Venture Creation, Product Innovation, and Sustainability Management), taught in English or German, and delivered 100% online and self-paced to fit around full-time work.
