Goals

The Civil Engineering program from University of Lisbon focuses on fundamental theories and basic knowledge of Civil Engineering through the acquisition of skills associated with methods of analysis, planning, design, management, monitoring and research in civil engineering. It also seeks the development of basic skills at the Portuguese language level and advanced at the English language level, as well as in information technology, drawing, mathematics, physics and chemistry. Students should also acquire skills in understanding the economic, social and legal framework within the professional activity in Civil Engineering.
