Highlights of Biomedical Engineering program at Zhejiang  University  (ZJU)

Longitudinal Dual Mentorship: Students benefit from a comprehensive support system with dedicated mentors from the first  year.  Each  student  is  guided  by  a  clinical  mentor  and  a  research  mentor,  offering  specialized academic, professional, and personal development guidance throughout their studies.

Early Clinical Exposure: Students gain hands-on clinical experience from the first year, including tours of various hospital departments and the opportunity to shadow physicians during medical procedures and patient consultations.

International Exchange Opportunities: Students have the opportunity to participate in overseas programs in leading universities abroad, gaining exposure to diverse health systems  and undertake academic modules in an international setting. In addition, ZJU-ISM welcomes visits from renowned institutions—including Massachusetts General Hospital—facilitating direct interactions and further enriching the international academic atmosphere on campus.
