Overview

The Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Governance and Decision-Making is a transdisciplinary programme, taught entirely in English and aligned with PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics) programmes present worldwide. Designed for curious and globally minded students, the programme bridges economics, political science, philosophy, and law to offer a comprehensive understanding of today’s most pressing global challenges – from energy transition and digital transformation to global governance and ethical decision-making. During the first two years of study, students establish a solid interdisciplinary foundation through an integrated curriculum encompassing economics, political science, philosophy, and law. The final year enables students to pursue a specialized area of study that reflects their academic interests and professional aspirations. Depending on their chosen pathway, students may concentrate on policy consulting and advising in multilevel governance, ethical decision-making and NGO governance, or international organizations and geopolitical risk. The course’s structure allows for both in-depth specialization and the preservation of a broad transdisciplinary perspective essential to the EGDM programme.
