Overview

Students who are successful on the Medicine Undergraduate Foundation Programme offered by OnCampus UK North, and achieve the other prerequisites for entry such as a successful Multiple Mini Interview, may be able to progress to a five-year Medicine degree.

Students who do not meet the entry criteria for the Medicine UFP should consider the Life Sciences UFP which offers progression to a number of 6 year Medicine degrees at our partner universities.

Who is this programme designed for?

This Medicine - Medicine Undergraduate Foundation Programme offered by University of Nicosia is designed to prepare international students who have completed senior secondary education, and met the academic requirements listed, to apply for undergraduate study for a Medicine degree at the University of Central Lancashire, RCSI, SGU and UNIC. MUFP students must be 17 on the start date of the course and be 18 by the start of the progression course at the University.

How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed by exam for Maths and English, and by a combination of exam and practical work for Biology and Chemistry.

From 6.0 IELTS or equivalent, with no single component less than 6.0, for 2-semester MUFP.

Students applying for the MUFP must be 17 on the start date of the course and be 18 by the start of the progression course at the University.
