Overview

This goal is achieved primarily by intensive cooperation between the two faculties involved in teaching within this study Information Systems in Public Administration programme from Pavol Jozef Safárik University in Kosice, strengthening cooperation with practice, promoting students' motivation to engage in scientific research activities at the faculty, supporting students in the implementation of foreign internships and mobility programmes, as well as increasing communication and interpersonal skills associated with their ability to adapt to the requirements of the labour market.

Key Facts

The continuous improvement of the quality of educational activities, which is another objective of this relatively new study programme, is ensured primarily by the composition of the teaching staff involved. 

This corresponds to the necessary qualifications, the level of results of creative activities, practical experience, pedagogical skills and transferable competences, and makes it possible to achieve educational outputs corresponding to the number of students and the staffing requirements of the educational activities. 

The achievement of this objective is also facilitated by the application of a reliable system of quality assurance and evaluation of educational activities in accordance with the rules of the internal system of quality assurance and verification of educational, scientific, research, development and other creative and support activities at the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice.
