Overview
At the Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) (Hons) programme offered by University of Suffolk you will gain a solid foundation in data science, artificial intelligence, programming, networks and computer systems. In the second year, you will have the opportunity to create a substantial software product that incorporates software design, implementation and testing. You will also undertake the courses' core research skills module in preparation for your final year project and dissertation. During the final year of your course, you will complete your project and dissertation. For this, you will be assigned a supervisor who is familiar with your chosen topic. You will also study advanced modules in data science, artificial intelligence, cyber security and distributed systems preparing you for a career as a data scientist.

- 112 UCAS tariff points (or above) BBC (A-Level) DMM (BTEC), Merit (T Level)
- All applicants are required to hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or Level 2 equivalents). Applicants who do not hold these qualifications may be considered on an individual basis based upon their overall application and the course applied for.
- IELTS 6.0 overall (minimum 5.5 in all components) where English is not the student's first language.
