The degree incorporates the core legal subjects assessed by the Solicitors Qualification Examination, and is accredited by the Bar Standards Board. Subject to a minimum level of attainment in core modules, the degree is also accredited by the Canadian National Committee on Accreditation (NCA). The Canadian Constitutional Law module provides excellent preparation for the NCA exam.
