The two-year Office Administration - Health Services programme from Algonquin College prepares you for a rewarding career in a variety of health services office environments. This programme is accredited by The Canadian College of Health Information Management. The Canadian College of Health Information Management sets accreditation standards for educational institutions and certification standards for health information professionals in Canada.

Graduates of the programme are eligible to write the Health Information-Certified Associate (HICA) national certification exam (NCE). Certification recognizes health data as a key factor in providing safe and quality care to people across Canada.

Domestic students must apply to, and complete, the Office Administration - General (0210X) Certificate programme in order to be eligible to enter into Level 03 of the Office Administration - Health Services (0210F) programme.

International students may apply directly to the Office Administration - Health Services programme and they must have English, Grade 12 (ENG4C or equivalent).
