Throughout your Business Law in Practice (Hons) programme at Swansea University, you will develop excellent research and analytical skills and learn to present your ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.

As your studies progress, you can choose from a wide range of subject areas with a business focus, including: trade law, media law, commercial sales, competition law, and employment law.

All of the undergraduate Law programmes contain the foundations of legal knowledge needed to enter the legal profession. The programmes provide a strong foundation for students who may wish to take the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE) in the future, and satisfy the academic stage of training required by the Bar Standards Board for those wishing to become barristers.

The standard offer for our law programmes is 3 A Levels at grades ranging from AAB-BBB or equivalent.

Advanced Welsh Baccalaureate - applicants will be able to meet our requirements from three A-levels or two A-levels and the Skills Challenge Certificate.

Extended Project Qualification - applicants predicted grade B or above in EPQ will receive an offer with a one-grade reduction. e.g., an offer of AAB would become ABB plus EPQ B.
