Overview

At the Language Teaching and Languages (French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish) course offered at Birkbeck, University of London you will study the science of how we learn languages as well as the theory and practice of how we teach languages effectively. You will also have the opportunity to practise your skills in a work placement, either in the UK or teaching English in one of the countries whose language you are learning - subject to availability.
