Overview
Health and Social Studies is at the Atlantic Technological University will consist of three days’ work placement/employment in a relevant area and two days attendance at classes onsite at Monaghan Institute weekly. This will enable students who are in employment to remain working, in a relevant field, while studying full time. As well as a placement element, each semester will cover a variety of modules over the two years including:

- Learners who have completed a QQI Level 6 award in Applied Social Studies (or equivalent) or have sufficient experience in this area can apply through ATU Donegal Advanced Entry route to Year Two of the three-year Level 7 Health and Social Studies Degree
