They require innovation, product & engineering managers who find ideas tailored to customer requirements, evaluate and select them correctly, and support their successful implementation. Their work is the key to success, and their creative minds are therefore in great demand in companies. They work at the interfaces between marketing, design and technology – turning ideas into successful products.

Career

Graduates of the Bachelor's degree programme in Innovation, Product and Engineering Management at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria are equipped to work in diverse roles—from product development and design engineering to marketing, customer relations, and project management. Whether joining multinational corporations or launching startups, IPEM alumni are well-prepared for the dynamic job market.

Classes are held in English, with a flexible structure that includes no classes on Mondays and the option to explore German-taught programs through the “Easy Start” initiative. This offers an additional pathway for students who may wish to switch tracks after the first year—without extending their study duration.
