With the Creative Business (3 year) degree at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences , you develop your insights into business and marketing, nurture your conceptual thinking skills and learn how to use and apply different forms of media and technology. 

You get to explore all aspects of your own creativity whether your passion is for film, radio, tv, online media, music or video games.

Wherever your interest in media lies, whether it’s music, film, tv or online media or print, the Creative Business programme prepares you to be a manager in the industry. You can expect a very hands-on approach with workshops and practical challenges giving you a true experience of the media and entertainment industry as you turn ideas into concepts and then into reality. 

You get to create, record and produce media in our on-campus studios, complete with radio studio, green screens, top-notch camera and audio equipment, as well as the latest design software, so when you hit the creative media industry, you’ll be well ahead of the game.

With a bachelor’s in Creative Business, you have a wealth of career opportunities in the fast-growing world of media and entertainment. With your insights into media and management, you’ll be qualified to work at many different levels in the film, radio, tv, online media and music industries.  

Careers open to you after graduation include:

• Concept developer: creates creative concepts and campaigns.
• Producer: is responsible for the production of a media product.
• Web editor: manages the content on a website and writes texts for it.
• Music manager: arranges everything concerning a music production.
• Creative entrepreneur: you are self-employed and work for multiple companies.
• Content manager: you are in charge of all the content on different (digital) channels.
• Social media marketer: uses social media as a marketing tool in a creative and effective way.
• Organiser of branding events: you organise exciting events to promote a brand.
