Postsecondary diploma, advanced diploma or degree or equivalent in studies related to the "built environment" with a minimum overall GPA of 65%.

Candidates to the program are selected on the basis of academic achievement in a "built environment."

Individual applicants outside of the fields below will be selected on the basis of academic achievement and the evaluation of a Letter of Intent, which includes volunteer/work experience that demonstrates their interest in the industry.
