In this Management and Leadership (Not PGWP Eligible – details in description) certificate from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), you’ll gain hands-on experience managing projects and leading teams. Prepare yourself to guide a team through change while ensuring continuous improvement. Develop leadership, interpersonal, accounting, and project management skills to apply in various situations. General requirements

at least 50% in English Language Arts 30-1, or
at least 60% in English Language Arts 30-2, or
at least 50% in SAIT COMN 220 Communication and Presentation Skills.

A minimum of three years’ work experience is strongly recommended. A combination of education and experience will be considered upon approval from the Academic Chair.
All applicants who were educated outside of Canada must demonstrate English Language proficiency and provide proof they meet the program admission requirements with an international document assessment.
