We aim to cultivate independent learners in financial management who possess a strong foundation of interdisciplinary knowledge. By fostering professionals capable of integrating diverse insights and thinking critically, we ensure our students are well-equipped to tackle complex financial challenges. Programme Structure
Courses are lectured in Chinese and English respectively. Applicant can decide whether they would like toto study courses delivered in Chinese or English. Chinese Language and Culture Center offers Mandarin courses. All international students are required to register.
- Courses included:CTBC Forum, Language, Python, Basic Economics, Basic Accounting, Corporate Law, Management Studies, Basic Tax Management, Liberal Studies
- In general, it takes 4 years to complete an undergraduate program. The outstanding student may complet all 128 credit units and is awarded the degree within 3 years.
- Mandarin courses are available and international students are required to enroll.
Lecturers
The faculty possesses an international background, including instructors from South Korea, The United States, Philippines, Canada and various European countries. Additionally, several Taiwanese faculty members have overseas experience. The school also invites instructors with extensive practical experience to teach, ensuring a comprehensive curriculum and enriching learning environment.

General requirements
- Language Requirements: Applicants need to meet specific language requirements. Applicant, who intend to apply for a program taught in Chinese, must show evidence of a minimum level of Chinese language (TOFCL A2 level) to study at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- Applicant, who intend to apply for a program taught in English, must demonstrate English proficiency equivalent of above CFER B1 level to study at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- The applicant may be exempt from submitting further evidence of language proficiency under three circumstances: 1) the highest degree / diploma of the applicant is taught in Chinese or English; 2) the first language of the applicant is Chinese or English; 3) the applicant majors in Chinese during the highest degree (only apply to Chinese language requirement).
