- A levels: grades ABB-BBB including Maths and Physics
- Welsh Baccalaureate: Requirements are as for A levels where you can substitute the same non-subject specific grade for the Welsh Baccalaureate Advanced Level Core Grade.
- BTEC: DDDM plus A-level grade B in Physics. Applicants may also be required to demonstrate knowledge of mathematics at A Level.
- Scottish Highers: ABBBC to include A in Mathematics.
