Possesses fundamental scientific and methodological knowledge in the field of technical regulation and metrology, accreditation, labeling, falsification of products, practical aspects of activities in the field of international, interstate standardization, metrology and conformity assessment.
Demonstrate knowledge about the main stages of the product life cycle, technological processes of production. Practical use of knowledge in the field of measurement, technical regulation and quality infrastructure.
Knows the main electronic information resources and databases in the field of technical regulation, standardization. Applies statistical methods to analyze product quality;
Possess knowledge of socio-humanitarian and economic disciplines, willingness to demonstrate a well-formed worldview, civic and moral position of a highly educated person with a broad outlook and a culture of thinking.
Apply knowledge of research methods in the field of professional and scientific activity
Possess organizational, scientific, methodological foundations in the field of standardization, certification, metrology, systems and quality management of products, processes and services.
Knows the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation and standardization, the main goals, objectives and principles of technical regulation, the procedure for the development of regulatory documents, technical regulations and the implementation of state control
