Learning Outcome

The Geospatial Digital Geodesy program from Kazakh Agro-Technical Research University (KATRU) will lead you to:

Apply the main provisions of the Constitution and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the mechanism of interaction of substantive and procedural law in professional activities in the field of combating corruption. Have an idea of the concepts of the fundamentals of law and economics, as well as the laws of legal and economic processes.
To know the modern problems of interaction between society and nature, the basics of protection and rational use of land.
Apply the latest theoretical, methodological and technological achievements of domestic and foreign science, modern methods of scientific research, processing and be able to interpret the data.
The ability to use the basic laws of the natural sciences in professional activities to obtain new materials.
Рerform satellite geodetic measurements, topographic and geodetic, aerial photography, photogrammetric, gravimetric work to provide coordinate and altitude data of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a whole or its individual regions and sites.
Тo carry out various field and desk geodetic works on the creation, development and reconstruction of geodetic reference, leveling, gravimetric networks and special purpose networks.
Рossess methods of processing digital information of ground and aerospace surveys, satellite positioning for creating maps, conducting industry GIS projects, for cartographic and geoinformation support of management decisions.
