Through the Acting for Film and Digital Media programme from Niagara College Canada as an Actor, you are a highly versatile and authentic storyteller who understands the importance of a meaningful connection with your audience and the value of creating your own opportunities for success in the entertainment industry.

Toronto – sometimes called Hollywood North – and the surrounding region known as “The Golden Horseshoe” ranks third in film and digital media production in North America and ranks second as an exporter of digital streaming and cable tv programming in North America.

Our focus is on empowering our actors as authentic, confident communicators and collaborative storytellers. In light of the changing nature of the industry and the rise of more entrepreneurial self-created web content, you will also study industry- related courses bringing a dual focus to the programme: the actor and entrepreneur.

Our instructors are working industry professionals in the Toronto region and across Canada.
