Our starting point is the UN Sustainable Development Goals. IHRM at Saxion will get you prepared to initiate and orchestrate changes within organizations with an international scope and scale, based on a strong moral compass and state-of-the-art knowledge from the Saxion Research Group Employability Transition. All aimed to help you to build a sustainable world.

IHRM at Saxion started in 2014 and with that is the longest running and most experienced fulltime International Human Resource bachelor programme in the Netherlands. The programme is well-recognized across our borders.

You will learn through practical assignments with client companies and teacher-as-coach, in small intercultural and interdisciplinary coaching groups on personal and professional development. We offer an ambitious programme that addresses technology and social skills. And last but not least you spend time abroad with choice opportunities to shape your own programme in the 3rd and 4th year.
