Overview
Balancing the aims of employers' and employees' needs can be tricky, but the Human Resource Management program at The University of Notre Dame Australia will teach you how to do just that. The graduates are trained to effectively manage people so your organisation’s targets can be met – whether you are working for a private company, government department or not-for-profit body.
This degree, which is usually taken as a Second Major as part of a Bachelor of Arts, covers the core principles of workplace management, employment relations and strategic planning – all vital for effective human resource management. Throughout your studies, you will also explore topics through courses such as Change Management, Employment Law, the Principles of Management and the Psychology of Work.

Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the Bachelor of Arts graduates will be able to;

- Demonstrate an awareness of different conceptual approaches and/or research methods
