Then the Data Science Bachelor program at the International School of Management is just right for you. With the Data Science degree program, you will rapidly acquire knowledge in computer science and digital transformation with a business-oriented focus. Whether programming tools, business intelligence, or artificial intelligence - the B.Sc. Applied Data Science & Business Analytics gives you an understanding of a wide range of topics in the field of data science.
When you study the Data Science & Business Analytics Bachelor, your studies are strongly oriented toward current industry developments and practice with consulting projects with companies, workshops, and experienced lecturers from the business world. You will also gain initial professional experience as a data scientist through 20-weeks of integrated internships with an international focus in Germany and abroad.
This program is offered at the following campuses:
- Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Dortmund and Hamburg and is internationally AACSB accredited.
The Bachelor program also includes a semester abroad at one of around 35 partner universities abroad in Europe or overseas (e.g. Spain, Ireland, Sweden, UK, Denmark, Belgium, United States, Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, etc). By studying abroad, you will get cutting-edge international and inter-cultural education and learn international trends and business analytics tools.
Application process
To be admitted to the Data Science program the first step is to register for the online application process on the ISM website. Numerus clausus (NC) is not required (your grade average), but we have an online admission process which tests your abilities, motivation to study and assesses your personality.
The admission test consists of submitting online some documents (school leaving certificate, short CV, transcript of records, copy of your ID/passport and proof of English knowledge) and taking part in an online selection interview with ISM faculty staff.
Application tips:
Early bird discount: sign a contract by September 15 to enjoy a 1,500 Euro discount for spring semester intake and by March 15 to enjoy the discount for the fall semester intake.
