Overview

Throughout the Business and Management - Law (Hons) degree from University of Gloucestershire you‘ll identify where potential legal issues and liabilities may arise, as well as understand how the relevant legislation applies in different factual contexts.

A broad understanding of different legal areas will be established at Level 4, including contract law, tortious liabilities, intellectual property rights and business formation. You will progress to modules on commercial law (sale of goods, consumer protection), company law (company formation, directors’ and shareholders’ rights), and employment law (contracts, workplace equality, termination laws).

This focused business law foundation prepares students to effectively address legal challenges within diverse business environments.

104 UCAS tariff points, BCC at A levels, DMM at BTEC or a Merit in your T-Level.

English Language or Literature and Maths Grade 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) are normally required.
