Overview

This Aerospace Engineering (Hons) course at Nottingham Trent University is recognised by CDIO, a framework that has a project based learning approach. This framework stresses engineering fundamentals set in the context of Conceiving — Designing — Implementing — Operating (CDIO) real-world systems and products. The framework is dedicated to providing students with their initial grounding in engineering through live projects.

The course has been developed to fulfil the Engineering Council's criteria for accreditation with the Institute of Engineering (IET). As with all new courses accreditation cannot be granted until a cohort of students have graduated.
