Graduates of Real Estate (Hons) course at University of South Wales would have the choice of a variety of roles across the public sector in health, education, and housing, and in the private sector in consultancies and commercial real estate firms.

Careers

This new BSc (Hons) Real Estate course aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills required to fulfil a variety of roles in the Real Estate industry, for which there are currently significant skills shortages in both the public and private sectors. Such roles include but are not limited to those of General Practice Surveyor, Valuation Surveyor, Development Surveyor and Investment Surveyor.
