A minimum of Grade C (2.00) in two of the following subjects at Matriculation/ Foundation level; or

Diploma Minimum Qualification

A Diploma in a relevant field or any other qualification recognised by the UPM Senate; or
A Diploma in Music from institution approved by UPM Senate; Malaysian Institute of Art, Akademi Seni Budaya dan Warisan Kebangsaan Malaysia (ASWARA), UiTM, International College of Music, UMS, Yamaha Music Malaysia, Lim Kok Wing University Creative Technology, Ocean Institute of Audio Engineering, University College Sedaya International, Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman, HELP University College and Taylor’s University College; or
A Diploma of Education in Music field, Ministry of Education Malaysia; and
Pass Music ABRSM Gred 5 (theory and practical) or its equivalent; and
Pass the audition conducted by UPM.
