This program in Home Science with Honors from University Putra Malaysia is offered to those who have completed Matriculation or Foundation studies, and Diploma and Higher Education Certificate (STPM) holders or those who have equivalent academic qualifications to pursue their studies at the first degree level.

The programme was renamed in 2017 to the Bachelor of Home Science Education with a total of 131 minimum credits for graduation including 2 credits for the extra-curricular course
