Overview

The aim of the Acting for Stage and Screen (Hons) programme at Edinburgh Napier University 's is to create an exciting pathway for the many people who have completed HND, Foundation Degrees, Associate Degrees or two years at the Higher Education level in any subject area, and want a training course that is of equal value to more traditional conservatoire courses.

• Students have worked with such companies as National Theatre of Scotland, The National Theatre, Starz Television Network, Netflix, Traverse Theatre, Channel 4, Lyceum Theatre Company, Royal Shakespeare Company, Visible Fictions Theatre Company and Bard in the Botanics.

This intensive course is designed for aspiring actors which will enable them to step into the spotlight and embrace the thrill of performance, making their mark on both stage and screen. Through a dynamic blend of theory and practice, you'll develop the skills and versatility needed to captivate audiences in a variety of theatrical and cinematic contexts. You will gain the skills necessary to work in the performing arts, as well as a wide range of transferable skills you can take into employment in other fields. Graduates have moved onto:
