Overview

Wood Products Engineering and Design students at Transilvania University of Brasov also acquire skills related to the technological design of art and modern furniture, as well as of other wood finished products (doors, windows, musical instruments, toys, packages, sports objects, etc.).

Other competences regard technical and technological knowledge in the field of wood materials and wood-based composites, as well as in furniture conservation-restoration. The organization and management of production processes in the furniture and wood finished products industry complement the specialized training of the future engineers.
