- Applicants should be employed in a sponsoring hotel before course commencement. Applicants under 23 years of age must have passed five subjects in the Leaving Certificate including Maths and English. Mature applicants, i.e. applicants over 23 years of age by 31st December 2022, are not required to have a Leaving Certificate.
