Overview
The Double Degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Navarra consists of 369 ECTS credit, spread over six academic years, divided into two semesters.
The first four years correspond to Degree Chemistry, also including some subject Biochemistry. The last two years are the final two years of Degree Biochemistry.
The Study program of the Double Degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry includes two Final Projects Degree, one corresponding to each Degree.
This is a well-designed programme that allows students to complete their university studies with a double degree in two complementary areas and to acquire the appropriate knowledge to develop their professional future in either of the two fields. It is an excellent option for those students who want to develop their professional career in the world of Biochemistry with a solid knowledge of Chemistry.

What will you learn?
Basic skills and abilities of a chemist, so that they can develop their professional activity in the different economic and productive sectors related to chemistry: industry, services, research and development, teaching, etc.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the essential facts, concepts, principles and theories related to the areas of Chemistry. The graduate will have a thorough knowledge knowledge of both Chemistry in general (Inorganic, Organic, Analytical and Physical Chemistry), and its different applications, such as Chemical Quality Control, Health Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Industry, Industrial Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Toxicology.
Solid human and cultural training, which will help them in the development of their personality and in the achievement of attitudes and capacities to carry out an effective service to society with honesty, responsibility, capacity for teamwork, spirit of solidarity and service'.
