Learning theory and concepts relating to early childhood, childhood development and education, you’ll be taught by internationally renowned staff at the forefront of leading research into teaching and learning pedagogies. In each year of the degree, you are placed in a different lead school, purposefully identified for their best use and development of the Curriculum for Wales. Adding breadth and depth to your experience, this includes different age ranges and settings, urban and rural, both mainstream and special needs.

GCSEs:

Grade C/Grade 4 in the GCSE examination in any of the following: English Language, English Literature, Welsh First Language, Welsh Literature;

Grade C/Grade 4 in the GCSE Examination in Mathematics or Mathematics-Numeracy must also be achieved;

GCSE Grade C/Grade 4 in Science.
