Program Description
The Pharmaceutical and Food Manufacturing program of Red River College Polytechnic provides specialized hands-on learning in our pilot scale production facilities. These facilities include Solid Dosage Manufacturing, Applied Biopharmaceutical Production, and Food Processing.
During the Pharmaceutical and Food Manufacturing program of Red River College Polytechnic you will acquire the skills used to produce pharmaceutical products such as over-the-counter and prescription drugs, vaccines, analgesics, and antibiotics. Additionally, the program will provide hands-on training and skill development in food processing and manufacturing.
Graduates find employment as technicians and operators within various pharmaceutical, natural health product, and food production facilities.
