Overview

You’re right at the start of your exciting mathematics journey and we’re here to build your mathematics, engineering and science skills. These will provide you with the foundations to excel when you move onto BSc (Hons) Mathematics in your second year.

You’ll learn by taking part in a series of projects both individually and in a group. These projects are an opportunity to get hands-on, apply your knowledge, and develop your problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

Changed your mind? It’s OK if you want to change direction. You’ll have all the knowledge and the flexibility to move onto one of our other mathematics or engineering courses – wherever your interests take you.
