Career
The Marine Biology and Oceanography (Hons) degree from Bangor University prepares students for advanced roles in marine science through a comprehensive curriculum and extensive research opportunities. Our MSci graduates have successfully entered high-level positions in both research and industry. Tilly Painter Jones, an MSci alumna, has become an environmental specialist in Scotland’s aquaculture industry, where she applies the interdisciplinary and practical skills honed during her studies at Bangor. Other MSci graduates pursue further academic research, securing PhD positions at prestigious institutions worldwide. - City & Guilds Advanced Technical Extended Diploma (1080) in Environmental Conservation or Countryside & Environmental*: DDM-D*DD
