More specialised topics focus on the ecology and conservation of higher order marine vertebrates, including sharks and marine mammals, and the role of these top predators in the marine ecosystem. There will also be opportunities to consider applied aspects of zoology such as fisheries, aquaculture, conservation biology and ecotourism.
