Overview
You’ll have opportunities to learn about how the country is organised and run, look at the punishment and rehabilitation of individuals who break the law and examine how legal agreements are made and operate between people and companies.
Careers
This Law (Graduate Entry) (Hons) from Bangor University is designed to develop the broad skills and knowledge needed to enhance your employability while providing excellent preparation for the professional legal examinations required to complete your legal training.
While our degrees meet the Bar Standards Board's requirements for barristers and provide essential knowledge for qualification as solicitors, introducing students to material tested on the Solicitor’s Qualifying Exam (SQE), they also open doors to a wide range of other career paths.
Your skillset on graduation, however, is not exclusively beneficial to the legal profession. You could go on to work in many different public and private sector roles, either here in the UK or internationally. Careers in academia, business, finance, education, public policy, public service, and social services are all potential options.
