The graduates in the International Development programme from Mae Fah Luang are expected to possess the following qualities:

• Well-roundedness and ability needed for international development, to respond to national and international needs, particularly in 

• the ASEAN and Upper GMS countries;

• Ability to search for and manage bodies of knowledge related to international development, in a prompt and up-to-date fashion; and

• Capacity to think constructively, put ideas into action and solve problems, whilst abiding by integrity and moral principles, in order to be valuable assets to society.
