Overview
The total number of papers in the course shall include, among other additional papers and papers in the B.B.A component, twenty Compulsory papers, six Optional papers; four papers on Practical Training and eight Honours papers, carrying hundred marks each, as prescribed by the Bar Council of India.

General requirements
- A candidate who has passed the Higher Secondary or Plus Two examination recognized by the Mahatma Gandhi University or any other examination recognized as equivalent there to and has secured not less than fifty percent of the marks in the aggregate in such examinations shall be eligible to be considered for admission. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum mark required is forty five percent in the aggregate.
- Admission to the course will be made from the rank-list prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance test conducted by the School. Every candidate selected for admission will be interviewed by the Director of the School before granting admission. The Admissions will be made subject to the Reservation Rules followed in the University.
- The test shall be of two hours duration carrying hundred marks. The entrance test is intended to test the general knowledge, logical reasoning, language skills etc.
