You’ll gain hands-on experience in our £18.2 million Applied Sciences building, using the same instruments as found in industry, and spend your third year on a supervised industrial placement, putting your skills into practice in a real working environment.

Taught by research-active academics, you’ll graduate ready for a wide range of careers in sectors such as chemical analysis and manufacturing, pharmaceutics and petrochemicals or continue onto further study.
